Warranty up to 5 years

Candyled, a Sky Industries trademark, guarantees the conformity of its LED lighting solutions and products to the current state of technical knowledge.

The Candyled guarantee period is up to 5 years for the professional and outdoor lighting products and 2 years for indoor lighting (lamps, spotlights and Tubes).

Subject to compliance with the conditions of use, any operating fault resulting from a design, material or manufacturing defect entitles the customer, within a reasonable period of time, to the exchange or repair, free of charge, of products recognised as defective.

Sky Industries cannot be held responsible for power supply conditions, including voltage peaks, surges/undervoltages and current fluctuations linked to a management system beyond the limits specified for the products and those denied by the applicable standards.
